William K. Duke

Bill graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1976.

He previously served as a managing attorney for East Mississippi Legal Services and as a staff attorney for the Court Education Program at the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was an editor of several reference manuals and digests. Bill is a member of the Mississippi Bar, a Bencher in the American Inns of Court and a Fellow in the Mississippi Bar Foundation

Bill has been a member of the Tollison Law Firm, P.A. since 1990. His practice primarily involves litigation in the areas of personal injury and insurance/bad faith. Bill litigated a multi-million dollar settlement of a toxic tort claim in Mississippi.
