Gray Tollison

Gray Tollison Gray Tollison became a member of the firm in 1992 after completing a clerkship with Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Armis E. Hawkins.  Gray practices personal injury, products liability and commercial litigation.  He also serves as the attorney for the Lafayette County School Board.

Since 1996, Gray has served as a State Senator in the Mississippi legislature representing Lafayette, Tallahatchie and Yalobusha counties.  He is Chairman of the Senate Judiciary "B" Committee, which
addresses criminal law, juvenile justice and traffic safety legislation.  He
is also Vice-Chairman of the Education Committee and serves as a member of the Finance, Universities and  Colleges, Fees, Salaries and Administration and Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks committees.

Tollison was one of 40 emerging state leaders nationwide to be named a Henry Toll Fellow by the Council of State Governments in 1997.  Tollison has been recognized for his efforts on behalf of law enforcement, juvenile justice reform and other issues in the legislature.

Tollison is a graduate of Rhodes College and the University of Mississippi
School of Law.   Gray is a Fellow in the Mississippi Bar Foundation, which
recognizes those in the legal profession who have outstanding legal ability and devotion to the public and profession.
