E. Farish Percy
Farish serves as both Of Counsel for the firm and as a full time professor at the University of Mississippi Law School.

Farish's practice focuses on litigation and appellate practice. She has represented clients in a wide array of litigation matters including complex products liability actions, employment discrimination actions, contract/business disputes and personal injury actions.

Prior to joining the Tollison Law Firm, P.A., Farish clerked for Judge E. Grady Jolly with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a member of the firm, she has briefed and argued numerous cases on appeal to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Mississippi Court of Appeals. Farish periodically teaches Appellate Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Mississippi School of Law.

Farish graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with honors in 1988 with a degree in Economics. She is a 1991 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law where she was a member of the Virginia Law Review and the Order of the Coif. Upon graduation, Farish was the recipient of the prestigious Shannon Z Society Award, which is awarded to the student who contributed most to academic excellence at the law school.
