Cameron Abel

Cameron AbelCam became a member of the Tollison Law Firm in 2006, after clerking for the firm for two years during law school. His practice primarily revolves around commercial, business, and general litigation as well as white collar criminal defense and divorce.

A native of Oxford, Cam was a Delta journalist before teaching in the public schools in Drew, Mississippi for nine years. Nationally licensed, he achieved multiple honors as a teacher including being named the 2000 District Teacher of the Year, and as the district’s technology coordinator, he was chosen for Sec. of Education Richard Riley’s national committee on gauging the impact of technology in education. He also co-authored a resource book for secondary educators to integrate technology into their curricula.

Cam graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law cum laude in 2006. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honorary legal fraternity.
